You call or text us and say roughly how much laundry you have and where you are. We agree a time, and on that day we collect the bag from your door.
Back at the machines your laundry is weighed and sorted, by color first and then by the water temperature each fabric wants. Anything stained gets treated by hand before it is washed. While it runs, every item is inventoried, which is the boring step that stops a sock from disappearing.
Then it is dried, folded, counted back into your bag, and returned to your door. Most orders make the round trip in a day.
How Much Laundry Is 25 Pounds?
About two full loads. A couple with a normal week clears it easily. A family of four usually doubles it. If you are not sure, weigh the bag on a bathroom scale by standing on it holding the bag and subtracting yourself. Close is good enough, because we weigh it properly when it reaches us.
